Dale

Dale Mendenhall is a Physical Therapist who specializes in the treatment of orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions. He implements a treatment philosophy that focuses on performance-based outcomes, utilizing a blended strength and conditioning and progressive manual approach. Dale earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis in Colorado. Prior to this he earned his Masters in Physical Therapy from University of Texas-Medical Branch and a B.S. in Fitness & Human Performance from University of Houston-Clear Lake. Dale has collaborated with top research facilities in both Orthopedic and Neuro-Rehabilitation throughout his education and had the opportunity to work with Physical Therapists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, and Athletic Trainers from a variety of professional organizations including the Houston Astros, NASA, and Justin Sports Medicine. These experiences are evident in his progressive blend of therapies
and is reflected in the supplemental certifications Dale holds from the NSCA , CrossFit, and APTA. Beyond clinical practice Dale is also passionate about teaching and is a credentialed Clinical Instructor with affiliation to many universities throughout the Northwestern United States.

Dale is honored to have been providing care to his home community of Tehama as a Physical Therapist at the Wellness Center since 2007. As the Vice President he enjoys providing direct service to patients, working with local organizations to create preventive plans for injury in sport and occupation, and acting as the lead Educational Consultant. In his free time he enjoys golfing, weight training, hunting and fishing. Dale and his wife Heidi have a young daughter, Zoey.
