Mike D.
Mike attended California State University, Chico and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology. He then continued on and earned a Master’s of Art in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology. In 2000, Mike lost the battle with his filet knife, thus becoming a hand patient of the Physical Therapy and Wellness Center which sparked his interest in physical therapy.
Mike started working at Tehama Family Fitness Center in the summer of 2002 doing fitness evaluations. He then transferred over to the Wellness Center in the spring of 2003. Mike then started the necessary steps to obtain his Physical Therapy Assistant’s license.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
