Heidi Belden-Kelnhofer
Aquatic Coordinator

Heidi is the Aquatic Coordinator for the Physical Therapy & Wellness Center and Tehama Family Fitness Center. Heidi spends her day organizing aquatic classes, learn-to-swim programs and working with physical therapy patients. Heidi graduated from CSU Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Administration. She has a Teaching Credential for the California Community Colleges and certifications that include Aquatic Exercise Association, Arthritis Foundation. Heidi is also a Water Safety Instructor through the Red Cross and a Certified Pool Operator.

The therapeutic exercise side of aquatics has been her focus and Heidi believes the water environment provides “life changing results”. Heidi enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, snow skiing, and water sports.
