Jeff Crow

Jeff Crow, a lifelong Tehama County resident started his employment with PTWC way back in 1998. He graduated from Sacramento State with a degree in Athletic Training. While there, he served as an Athletic Trainer for the school’s intercollegiate football, basketball and baseball teams. With that experience he became a Certified Athletic Trainer through the NATA. Using his knowledge and skills he has helped provide sports medicine coverage for Corning Youth Football, Red Bluff High School and the Justin Sports Medicine Program. He has also been certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, Kinesio Taping Practitioner, and USA Weight lifting Level I Coach.

Jeff has a passion for improving the function and quality of life of the patients he works with through evidence based strength training and therapeutic exercise.

Outside of PTWC, Jeff is an avid strength trainer. Even into his 40’s he continues to compete in weightlifting, power lifting and strongman competitions. Jeff and his beautiful wife stay busy with their five children.
